Bookings

  • Do you have a guest list for late night entry?

    The best you can do is to book a table which act as a guest list. Coming in red hot at 2am? Make sure you have booked your booth and that your group is not deemed intoxicated on arrival!

  • Do you have sitting times?

    Our bookings are generally for 2 hours. Extensions can be made for larger groups. Double bookings will not be accepted and automatically cancelled – honouring the early booking only.

  • Do I need to make a booking?

    We are fully booked every weekend. Please book your booth to avoid any disappointment! Email us at hello@thetoff.com.au or book online.

    If you are a couple (2) and wanting a booth – Make sure to officially request one by email – Do not walk in expecting a booth if this was not confirmed by our team!

  • Can you get a meal @ The Toff?

    The Toff offers the Full Cookie Menu – Yes, you can now enjoy the popular & decadent Cookie menu in a private carriage. Why wouldn’t you? Kitchen is open from 5pm to 11pm

Venue

  • What should I do if I experience antisocial behaviour in the venue?

    The Toff strives to create a safe & inclusive space for everyone. If you experience antisocial behaviour in the venue please don’t hesitate to speak to a staff member.

  • What do you do with lost property?

    Send us an email to hello@thetoff.com.au as soon as you can. Lost Property remains on site for a limited period before being donated or disposed. We take no responsibility for items left behind at the venue. A time for pick up must be agreed by email.

  • Are you wheelchair accessible?

    Yes. There is a lift from the ground floor to level 2. Please email us prior to arrival to ensure the lift is not out of order that day.

  • Do you have a smokers area?

    Both the balconies at the front of the venue and the courtyard at the back are available for smoking.

  • Is your venue family/child friendly?

    The Toff is an 18+ venue.
    No exception.

  • When is the Toff open these days?

    The Toff is usually open from 5pm until late Tuesday to Saturday. Expect the party to make it to 5am on weekends! Check out our gig guide to see what’s coming up!

  • What’s the difference between the Carriage and Stage side?

    The Toff is split into two rooms.

    The Carriage is host to our restaurant and late-night cocktail bar. The carriage booths can be booked for dining and/or drinks. Always free entry, make sure you make a booking to secure a spot for the night!

    With one of Melbourne’s best acoustic spaces, the stage is host to a diverse range of live gigs. Our Band room is very popular for private events and a destination for late night dancing (when allowed!) – make sure to check our gig guide to secure a ticket!

Vouchers

  • Do you do gift vouchers?

    Yes we do! They last for 3 years and are redeemable in the restaurant or the bar for food and/or drinks. You can purchase them online, find out more.
